Order Confirmation
After you placed your order with us we sent you an order confirmation notification to your e-mail address. This confirmation will give you the Order Number and indicate the total value of the merchandise. For most orders, the conformation letter will include information on how to track your shipment.
Tracking Numbers
When you placed your order we provided you with an Order Number during the check-out process. After you placed your order with us we sent you an order confirmation notification to your e-mail address. This confirmation will also give you the order number. You can get more information on orders and backorders by going to aviaraconnect.com to access your account. Once you sign into your account simply go to Business Center and then to Ordering and finally to Order History to find your UPS Tracking Number. Once you have your UPS Tracking Number, go to ups.com to determine the status of delivery of your order.
You can also call us during our normal Customer Service hours at 877-766-9563 to have us help you track your order.
Changes to Your Order
We're sorry, orders cannot be changed once they've been submitted. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage.
Backorders
Whenever possible, we will show up-to-date status information about your backordered items. To cancel a backorder, or if you wish to make other changes to your backorder, please contact us.
Shared Email Accounts
The shipping confirmation email will contain information about the individual items in your order. Although the email begins with a notice that it might contain gift information, you still might want to alert the gift recipient not to open email from Aviara. We don't want to spoil a surprise!
